Mount Bruno School mini gala for the writing contest “Je vis, j’écris!” of Mission Jeunesse Québec that took place on Friday, April 28, was a huge success!
The school had a whole line-up of special guests on this occasion where the students showed courage to present their writings.
The members of the jury made up of Lucie Roy (DG of RSB), Chantale Scroggins (DGA of RSB), Christopher Craig (Vice-Chair of the Council of Commissioners), Charles Horrell (Commissioner), Catherine Fournier (Mayor of Longueuil) and Ludovic Grisé Farand (Mayor of St-Bruno) selected 4 texts including 3 special mentions (Adam Dupuis, Caleb Hogg and Emma Celeste Lagana) and a text COUP de CŒUR.
The winning essay by Vedansh Kashyap will represent Mount Bruno School for the writing competition.
Congratulations to all 6th grade participants. At Mount Bruno, we show + HUMANITY!
