For the grade 6 Exhibition project, we had two groups of students come together for their action, one group who researched forest fires and one group who researched fossil fuels.
Realizing that planting trees is important for the environment to reduce CO2, and for animal life and habitats, they were able to get a donation from the Scardera Tree Nursery – Flowers & Gardens in Boucherville.
The maple tree is now standing tall in our school yard. Thank you very much!
